SALES EXECUTIVE

FULL Time

We are looking for a presentable and enthusiastic individual with a flair for sales to help us with the delivery of our high-end brand image and customer experience in our showroom. The individual in question will work closely with our showroom manager to keep the showroom up to standard as well as to help clients with their AV choice.

The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic and willing to work in a tight team environment whilst having the aptitude to learn about our products and technologies associated with them. Whilst not necessary, any Audio-Video or technology knowledge will be considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Face to Face sales and customer support for all our consumer electronics brands within the showroom.

  • Online sales and customer support for all our consumer electronics brands through our social media and website portals.

  • Constant training on current and new products through training portals.

  • Communication with our marketing team to ensure our website is constantly updated with the latest technical information.

  • Maintaining the look and feel of our showroom to ensure it is ready to showcase products in the best way.

Requirements

  • Proficient in English (oral and written), Other European languages will be considered an asset. 

  • Strong communication and people skills.

  • Previous Sales experience, at least 2 years. 

  • Good negotiation and sales skills.

  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.

  • Be A TEAM PLAYER contributing to the continued success, growth, and excellent reputation of the Company.

Custom Install & inventory Clerk Full Time

FULL TIME

We are looking for an assertive and organized individual to handle data inputting, paperwork, stock allocation and client account management related to our custom installation and inventory departments. The individual in question will work closely with our head of Custom Installation as well as top management on the administrative front to ensure the smooth operation of the Custom installation and inventory teams resulting in the high level of customer experience, we pride ourselves with.  

The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic and willing to work in a tight team environment whilst have the aptitude to learn about ongoing projects and the products utilized within. Whilst not necessary any interest or knowledge on the technical front will be considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Screening incoming mail, keeping track of pending matters, following-up on deadlines; responding to routine correspondence; merging, correcting, formatting, and preparing in final form reports and other documents related to technical cooperation projects. 

  • Performing general administrative tasks (arrangements for meetings, preparation of requisitions, Invoices, and purchase orders)

  • Maintaining a filing system. 

  • Stock control relevant to ongoing projects. 

  • Performing other duties as required by the supervisor(s). 

Requirements

  • Proficient in English (oral and written) 

  • Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word) 

  • Strong communication and people skills 

  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities

AV and Lighting Integration Engineer

FULL TIME

We are looking for an ambitious and organized individual to design, execute and control custom installation projects for residential and commercial purposes. The individual in question will work closely with our technical installers as well as the sales team to ensure the smooth transition and delivery of the projects entrusted to Doneo with a focus on quality and customer experience.

The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic and willing to work in a tight team environment whilst having the aptitude to learn and grow within the role under the guidance of our experienced CI team. Whilst not necessary any industry specific qualifications or experience is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Fault finding and rectifying AV / IT systems at the client site.

  • Liaising with other project and engineering teams to develop customer and site knowledge

  • Reporting any escalated matters directly to management.

  • Represent the company with the necessary level of professional conduct and presentation.

  • Follow, review and creation of system schematics and network designs- ensuring all details and any alterations are recorded.

  • Providing technical assistance to service coordinators for handling customer enquiries as required.

  • Carrying out preventative maintenance on installed systems at the site.

  • Attending service handover meetings with the Custom Installation team to ensure familiarity with new sites moving into support.

  • Providing remote assistance and onsite technical support for clients.

Requirements

  • Proficient in English (oral and written)

  • BSc/BEng in electronics and control or similar

  • Licence A Qualified

  • Advnaced IT skills in Home/Commercial Networking

  • Knowledge of the Audio-Visual industry

 Responsibilities

  • Formatting, and preparing in final form reports and other documents related to technical cooperation projects.
  • Performing general administrative tasks (arrangements for meetings, preparation of requisitions, Invoices, and purchase orders)
  • Maintaining a filing system.
  • Stock control relevant to ongoing projects.
  • Defining project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities.
  • Defining resource requirements and managing resource availability & allocation – both internal and third party.
  • Outlining a budget based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver project on budget.
  • Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities.
  • Managing delivery of the project according to this plan.
  • Tracking project and providing regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders.
  • Managing and adjusting for any changes in project scope, schedule and / or budget.
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.
