TV Delivery & Installation
Delivery / Drop-off
Delivery is Free of charge for any purchase over €49. We offer Drop off delivery to ground floor anywhere in Malta & Gozo. If delivery is to a different Floor, Goods must be able to fit into lift (Box dimensions available on each TV product page) or a Lifter needs to be provided and set up prior to scheduled delivery time.
It is the clients responsibility to check goods at the moment of delivery; any damages are to be reported to the delivery person. Non inspection of the product at delivery automatically forfeits the right to claim for delivery damages.
Installation
Installation of Goods will be carried out by Professional Doneo Staff. Installation includes delivery of goods, as per terms mentioned above, and Set up of TV on Table stand or Bracket. TV will be connected to clients existing sources/set-up. Cables and wall bracket are not not included – these may be added to cart prior to checkout.
You will be contacted within 48hrs of your purchase to set up an installation Date. We cannot guarantee exact timeframe of installation date.
